Shipping Policies, Returns & Refunds

  • All return items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund minus shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.
  • Please insure the return as you are responsible for returning item in new condition if it arrives damaged refund may be refused. 
  • You are required to pay the return shipping and item must be in new condition.
  • All custom orders are subject to 50% non-refundable deposit.

Important to client: To receive replacement or refund for a damaged item, you must...

  1. Report damage to shipping carrier, ideally at time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. Provide photographic documentation of both packaging and item sufficient for Artisan Moss to be able to file insurance claim damages with shipper.
  3. Keep the box and packaging to return item.
  4. Contact our support at so we can provide an authorized return notice.
Shipping Policies:
  1. We currently offer free shipping for UPS® Ground within the continental U.S. We can offer 2-3 day expedited shipping but must be arranged and paid for in advance. If you need an order quickly send us a message with your zip code for a shipping quote.
  2. Unless you indicate otherwise at the time of placing your order, orders will be shipped to the address we received when you placed the order. Please double check your address. Anything returned to us will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
